adViva GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process personal data and pseudonymized data collected during visits to our websites in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations. Your data will neither be published by us nor passed on to third parties without authorization. In the following, we explain which data we collect during your visit to our website and how exactly we use this data.

  1. Data collection and processing during access via the Internet

When you visit our web pages, our web servers temporarily store each accss in a log file. The following data is recorded and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer
  • date and time of access
  • name and URL of the retrieved file
  • amount of data transmitted
  • message whether the retrieval was successful
  • identification data of the browser and operating system used
  • web page from which the access is made
  • name of your Internet access provider

This data is processed for the purpose of enabling the use of the website (establishing a connection), system security, technical administration of the network infrastructure and optimization of our website. The IP address is only evaluated in case of attacks on the network infrastructure of adViva GmbH. Personal user profiles are not created. Beyond the cases mentioned above, personal data will not be processed, unless they are necessary to complete an order placed with us or you expressly consent to further processing.

Privacy policy for the use of Matomo:

On this website, data is collected and stored using the web analysis service software Matomo (www.matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand, ("Mataomo") on the basis of our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior for optimization and marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

For the same purpose, pseudonymized user profiles can be created and evaluated from this data. Cookies can be used for this purpose. The data collected with Matomo technology (including your pseudonymized IP address) are processed on our servers.
